A breathtaking percussion feast, the annual "Hong Kong Drum Festival" is not to be missed!

Conducted by Chew Hee Chiat, the Assistant Artistic Director and Resident Conductor of HKCO, we once again invited the renowned percussionist Professor Wang Jianhua, a Central Conservatory of Music Professor, to collaborate on the classic piece ‘Wreaking Havoc in Heaven’. He will also be joined by Jinghu virtuoso Ngai Kwun Wa and Jingerhu virtuoso Liu Yige to present "In the Deep of the Night" showcasing their exceptional skills and profound artistry. The internationally acclaimed Korean traditional performance art troupe, The Little Angels, was a star attraction during last year’s Drum Festival, returning triumphantly. This troupe is renowned for showcasing the blending of traditional and modern and embodying the unique vitality of Korean culture. Additionally, the winner of The 18th Hong Kong Synergy 24 Drum Competition, Law Wang-sum will perform "Prince of Qin Crashing the Battle Line” at the concert, recreating the grand scene of the Tang Dynasty.
